These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply directly to any person ("user", "you") who uses the tw73 platform (referred to as "site" or "service"). Age and Location

Individual Accounts

Each person may register only once on tw73. If multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, bank account, phone number, or payment method are found, tw73 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit their balances.

Registration

You must ensure that the name, contact details, and payment information provided at registration are accurate and complete. tw73 is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

Only you may play on your account. Sharing passwords, allowing others to play on your account, or having third parties make deposits on your behalf are not permitted.

Account Verification

tw73 may verify your account at any time, and there is no fixed deadline for completing that verification. When making a withdrawal, you will be required to confirm your identity using a national ID card.

Account Suspension

tw73 may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or financial irregularities
• Bonus abuse or coordinated betting schemes
• Access from restricted regions

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (via any method)
• Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay
• Do not use a third party's payment account when depositing — you must deposit only from your own bank account or payment account.
• It may take a moment for your account balance to update after a deposit, but it is usually credited quickly.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Usual withdrawal time: within 1 hour after the request
• Withdrawals can only be sent back to the same account used for the deposit — transfers to a different account are not allowed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Any withdrawal of any amount may be reviewed; additional information may be requested if there are serious financial compliance concerns.

Welcome Bonus

tw73 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 15 times.

• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks
• Example 2: Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive 200,000 Ks bonus → balance 620,000 Ks → wagering requirement 200,000 × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement that must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• Check the promotions page to see which Slots / Live Casino / Sports games count towards wagering — the contribution percentage may vary by game type.
• Bonus funds are not considered cash — they can only be withdrawn as cash once the wagering requirement is met.

VIP Program

The tw73 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold — you can move up based on your betting volume and consistency.

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week

Prohibited Actions

• Do not use any bots, scripts, or automated software while playing.
• Do not use any technical methods intended to exploit the gaming system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is not allowed.
• Attempting to harass other players or staff members is not permitted.

Random Number Generator (RNG)
